Here is a small image of the first corse of "Adventures in Food Cartography"

Guests were asked to stand in front of a map made up of small tastes designed to flow into the next flavor.  Other highlights in this meal included "excavating" through individual edible cracker bowls hiding three unique curries- and popsicles representing the layers of the earths crust.
